Tonight we made mini turkey burgers for dinner. Each burger was about silver dollar sized, seasoned and cooked on the grill. They were served on party potato rolls and topped with a spinach leaf, a slice of roma tomato, a slice of Vidalia onion and a strip of fresh grilled sweet orange pepper.
Tasty and cute!
Very cute:D

Hey, did you get that recipe from Everyday Food on Martha Stewart?! I’ve made those little turkey burgers several times and they are soooooo yummy! I make sweet potato fries when I do them and I think they are 10 times tastier than regular fries.

There’s a lot to be said for cute food! Unfortunately, I have a ground turkey aversion, based on a traumatizing experiment with an ex who couldn’t cook. But who pretended he could.

Yes, the inspiration is from Everyday Food – love that mag. We’re going to make the sweet potato fries soon!
Jenny – icky, sorry you can’t do the ground turkey thing. It can be quite tasty.
